Wellbeing @ Amber Valley Vineyards

Set within our regeneratively managed vineyards and orchards, wellbeing at Amber Valley is shaped by nature, season and place. We are immersed in the natural world here — working with it carefully and respectfully — and the land carries a gentle calm that invites people to slow down, breathe and reconnect.

Our orchards and vineyards offer space to step away from noise and distraction, to notice what is around you, and to find a sense of peace and quiet presence. Whether moving, resting or simply being still, the landscape itself does much of the work.

From January 2026, we will be offering a growing programme of wellbeing activities — beginning with Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku, and gradually expanding to include other nature-based experiences inspired by the rhythms of the land. These sessions are rooted in simplicity, care for place, and the restorative power of time spent outdoors.

Forest Bathing at Amber Valley



Forest bathing at Amber Valley is a calm, guided way to slow down and reconnect with the natural world. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, our sessions take a science-informed approach, drawing on environmental and wellbeing research rather than spiritual or therapeutic claims.

Through gentle walking and sensory awareness in our orchards and vineyards, attention is restored, stress eased and perspective widened — simply by spending time outdoors. There is no exercise to master and nothing to believe in, just space to notice, breathe and be present, with nature doing the work.

First Session Wednesday 21st 10am till 12pm - £25

Weekend session Saturday 24th 10am till 12pm - £25
