Apple tree Pruning course day, join us for a hands-on training session at Amber Valley Vineyards in Wessington, Derbyshire in January and February 2026. A short but fun and intense workshop with plenty of hands-on orchard experience on the art and science of apple tree pruning with expert guidance from Mel and Dave from The Leicestershire Heritage Apple Project. An informative and practical two-hour tree pruning workshop led by Mel and Dave, key founder members of LHAP (Leicestershire Horticultural Artisans and Practitioners). With over 20 years of experience under Mel's belt and 8 years under Dave's, this workshop is tailored for those new to the art of grafting.
