Buy a Tree or Support our Pocket Rainforest Project!

Want to help support our efforts to recreate a small pocket rainforest?

Perhaps you're planning a well-deserved holiday, or building a new extension and using lots of concrete and you're looking to off-set your CO2 emissions? You could find lots of ways to do that online but how about a hyperlocal way? Supporting a unique and local project?

A single tree over 40 years can trap or sequester 3.7 tons of CO2, but a tree can live for way longer.

Using unproductive land close to our Doehole Vineyard, which, in places, has rainforest like conditions, we're keen to recreate a rainforest-like environment there. We've already started work in 2024, but there's still more planting and maintaining to do to ensure the project successfully takes.

Could you support this with a purchase of support by purchasing a tree as per below. We'll be buying a few more trees in later 24/25 and in the meantime we will need to maintain, fight back invasive Himalayan Balsam and brambles to protect this years new plantings and give them the best chance of survival. So if we don't spend the money on trees it will be used to maintain trees in an ongoing way.
