Our Millstone Solaris is a firm favourite and one of our best-known wines, made exclusively from Solaris grapes grown here in the Amber Valley, Derbyshire.
The 2025 vintage is a delicious, dry white wine with a floral nose and a distinctive tropical palate, with notes of pineapple and peach , balanced by fresh acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
Made from grapes grown in our regeneratively managed vineyard, where we work with nature and use no herbicides or conventional fungicides , Millstone expresses both the character of Solaris and our approach to nature-friendly winegrowing.
Approachable and easy drinking on its own, but with enough character and freshness to pair beautifully with food. If you enjoy the aromatic freshness and fruit of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, Millstone is well worth discovering — while retaining the floral and hedgerow character that makes English wine distinctive.
Award-winning pedigree: previous Millstone vintages have twice won Decanter Bronze medals , including 88 points for the 2019 vintage and a further Bronze for the 2020 vintage.
