Pink rose petal in the glass, and strawberry shortcake on the nose, delivering a perfect palate of luscious strawberries, summer berries, shortbread biscuit, tropical mango, pomegranate, sweet ripe apple and perfect acidity and incisive stoney minerality. A well-rounded sparkling wine, with an amazing mousse that gives a real richness on the palate. Low dosage.
Lees aged for at least 31 months, with two months of post disgorging resting time to get the very best of the wine. This wine will age beautifully and is bottled in dark bottles to preserve its quality and longevity.

Our Lindway Brook Brut wines have won multiple anwards over the years including an International Wine Challenge Bronze Medal.
Our label art, painted by Jenny Aitken, a friend and without a doubt one of England’s most talented landscape artists and a Derbyshire resident, celebrates this unique “terroir” in a painting of Doehole vineyard titled “ Harvest Light. ”
This wine is made predominantly from Seyval Blanc, a grape that has long proved to be a key grape for producing sparkling wine in the U.K. and, on the right sites and in the right hands, can produce world class wines. We also grow Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Auxerrois (an early ripening clone of Chardonnay) and these are in this blend. This wine is a low dosage wine, another sign of quality.
The 2022 vintage was exceptional and so is this wine.
Our aim has always been to create a uniquely Derbyshire blend for our sparkling wine and we’re very proud of the result.
