For those with an appreciation of artisan butchery, open-fire cooking, and ethically sourced meat, this brand-new event offers a rare opportunity to experience a full butchery demonstration followed by a charcoal BBQ feast.
Chef Ralph Skripek ”The Derbyshire Wild Chef” will guide guests through the complete skinning and breakdown of a carcass, explaining the butchery techniques, best cuts, and preparation methods. Following this hands-on demonstration, you’ll enjoy an incredible fire-grilled meal prepared with the freshly butchered venison and other locally sourced ingredients. Served with a range of our fabulous wines and ciders!
