With just 400 bottles handcrafted from estate-grown apples in Derbyshire, this elegant sparkling cider is a celebration of place and the orchard. On pouring, fine persistent bubbles lift aromas of Bramley green apple, pear blossom and freshly baked shortcrust pastry. The palate opens with crisp orchard fruit, subtle chalky minerality and a hint of toasted brioche from lees ageing. A framing backbone of vibrant acidity carries a long, dry finish with a whisper of chervil and citrus zest. At 7% ABV (TBC), it is poised for both celebration and contemplation — best served chilled (8-10 °C) and enjoyed like the finest English bubbly.
