Fat Cat Fizz – Sparkling Cider (7.3% ABV)

Limited to around 400 bottles, Fat Cat Fizz is blended from the 2024 harvest and made entirely from apples grown in our beautiful orchard in Wessington, Derbyshire. The orchard is home to an array of local and regional fruit, including every Derbyshire heritage apple alongside traditional cider varieties.

Made and bottled in Derbyshire, this sparkling cider pours a light gold with a gentle, refined sparkle. Aromas of fresh apple and melon lead into a rounded palate of ripe orchard fruit, subtle sweetness and a hint of shortcrust pastry, and soft, balancing acidity. Elegant and expressive, it has more in common with a fine sparkling wine than a traditional cider.

And the name? Our cat isn’t truly a fat cat, merely luxuriously furry, dignified, and partial to life’s finer things.
