Millstone Solaris 2022

Our Millstone Solaris is a firm favourite, served in fine hotels. Grapes: Single varietal Solaris. The 2022 Millstone is perhaps the best we've tasted yet.

Millstone Solaris, a dry white wine bursting with elderflower, grass, lychee character on the nose with pineapple, lychee and a long lingering finish expressing hints of hazelnut, balanced perfectly with fresh, zesty acidity. Winner of a Decanter Bronze medal, scoring 88 points, in 2021 for the 2019 vintage (sold out). Winner of Decanter Bronze medal for the 2020 vintage (sold out).

A delicious, clean refreshing style of wine that is comparable to a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc - if that’s what you like. That said, it delivers all those English hedgerow floral notes and flavours you’d expect too.

A stunning wine, easy drinking and approachable yet great with food too.
